Your account can be cancelled at any time, no questions asked, by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-866-509-5898 or by using our cancellation form by clicking here.
Immediately upon cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If the confirmation email is not received within 30 minutes, we kindly ask that you follow up toll free with one of our Customer Service Representatives. It is also recommended that you check your spam/junk mail.
Upon receiving your cancellation email, there should not be any further charges. If there has been an error, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-866-509-5898 immediately!
Your membership may be cancelled at any time, no questions asked. Once you have cancelled your membership, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of your term. You will not receive any additional billing after your account has been cancelled.
Refund eligibility:
  1. If you experienced technical problems, have been a subject of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing error has occurred on your account.
  2. If the website does not deliver the experience you expected, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund status:
Refunds are processed within 24 hours. A correspondence will be sent out to the email on file with a confirmation. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for a refund or credit to appear in your account. Can I make a request for a certain book/song/game?
Of course! If you have any requests, please send a detailed email with the content you are looking for to requests@mediazide.com. If the content isn’t already in our queue, we will do everything we can to make it available ASAP.
As long as you have an internet connection, you can access Mediazide from anywhere in the world, on as many devices as you’d like! The more the merrier!
